How to reload bean, stub, skelton

I confirmed that JOnAS doesn't reload bean without restarting EJBServer.
JOnAS didn't reload bean When EJBcontainer restarted.
Do We need to restart EJBServer  when we compile bean ?

I also confirmed that JOnAS doesn't reload stub and skelton 
without restarting registry.  
Do We need to restart registry  when we execute GenIC command ?

Are there any commands to reload bean, stub, and skelton ?
