There is one additional thing that has to be cleared: Even if client and server are on
the same machine, you need an IP address. If you do not have a network card, your
system does not have an IP address, since that are assigned to that cards. I do not
know if RMI can work without IP address; Jaime, maybe you just try it and let us know?
