The pool of the stateful session beans has been removed in jonas 2.3
because it introduced some issues when creating a new session.
In the EJB specifications, it is clearly specified that the container
must call class.newInstance() when creating a new session. So the caller
can rely on this to initialise its parameters in the bean, for example.

Anyway, this pool did not improve drastically performances since
creating
sessions is not one of the most frequent operations.
