Dear all, Jonathan now uses the standard Java source files and IDL as defined by the CORBA 2.3 specifications. I had to adapt them here and there to deal with some inconsistencies (on OMG side) or missing features (on Jonathan side), but there were very few modifications. I have slightly modified the source code hierarchy to integrate the new files. Don't forget to use the -d option if you update your CVS tree, so that the new directories are properly created. You should also re-compile the Configure.java file (in config/tools), and re-configure Jonathan (running the (cygwin-)configure script in config and (n)make), since I had to modify a bit Configure.java.
