Got back from sunny Spain to find the jacket and Virgin press
release for Karen O'Brien's forthcoming biography - 'Joni Mitchell :
Shadows and Light'.
Gorgeous cover (IMO) - contemporary picture of Joni in long purple

The hardback is due to be published on 4th October. The price
quoted on the jacket is 18.99 UK pounds.

I wrote to Karen asking if it was possible to get an advance copy
to Ashara for the Jonifest but she has just written back to say that
"unfortunately, I don't think the book will be back from the printers
by then. I'll get Virgin to send Ashara a press release and cover."
