And now, me:

Blair is almost certainly describing Bruce Anthony, originally from Chester,
Pa., a former fellow resident of Dover, Del., and since early 2000, a
resident of Wilmington, Del. I have several of his recordings and have lent
two of them, which included "Jungle Line," to Bob "SCJoniGuy" Muller to put
on a future Covers volume. I went along with Bruce and his French-Canadian
wife, Lyse, to the referenced 1998 U. of Md. show. We all had a great time.
