Nope. It would only be peni if the singular were
penus. Still remembering my Latin nouns of the 2nd
declension: murus, muri, muro, murum, mure, muro;
muri, murorum, etc. Penis would be a third declension
noun and I dropped Latin right about the time we got
into that - all those stupid noun endings - no wonder
it's a dead language - by the time people figured out
how to say what they were going to say, it was too
late.
