Have you ever checked out this fan site.
It's the most comprehensive that I've found yet.
They hold fest gatherings as well
Next year it will be held in Hydra, Greece. They've set a limit of 275
participants and I think that they've already reached that. The reason they
chose this place was because Cohen lived there for a while and wrote his
second novel "Beautiful Losers" as well as many songs and poems.
