Can't answer the last question, but I would describe that scene as magical,
further, I consider Vigard's rendition of "God Give Me Strength" to be the
best I've heard, and superior to Elvis Costello's. He and Burt Bacharach
wrote some very beautiful songs, but Elvis is not the right singer for them;
they're too difficult and he has to strain ... what's required is ease and
grace.
