A while ago, someone in the office where I work found
a life-size cardboard figure of Elton John in the
garbage outside a record store - I guess it had been
used to publicize a recent album or something. She
brought it back to the office and we kept it there for
quite a while. Anytime there was an office party of
any kind, Elton was invited, and of course he was
included in all the pictures.
I don't know if a lifesize cardboard picture of Joni
could be found, but wouldn't it be neato keen if
someone who knows how to do this kind of thing could
make one? It would mean blowing up a real picture of
Joni to lifesize and gluing it on some kind of board I
can think these things up, but am not very good at
actually doing them - haha - I'm an idea person (or
lazy bum, depending on your point of view. Then Joni
could be at the Fest and we'd all be able to get our
pictures taken with her - it *almost* looks real and
it might fool a few people. Of course, some of you
lucky dawgs have REALLY been photographed with Joni -
the rest of us only dream of the day when, jaw gaping,
we actually meet her, only to be left speechless and drooling.
