How exciting! The 'kick off' of her tour...sort of... The new album hits the stores September 18 in the States, anyway. It'll be another month before she begins the US part of the tour. She'll be here in California in November, and ... with one of my personal faves, Rufus Wainwright, opening for her: I'm so happy! I'm going up to Portland, Oregon this weekend to see him, in concert. Never having seen him perform live, I'm elated. And again, in November here in Oakland at the fabulous Art Deco Paramount Theater, with Tori. That will be one great show, I have no doubt.
