Speaking of R.E.M. recently, I was totally excited to pass Micheal
Stipe on the street in Chelsea the other day. I know I am in New york, when
you can pass a star/artist and be nonchlalant about it. My friend, Litza
and I then went into look at a new Karen Waller (Name? Spelling?) exhibit.
There were all these images of natives, southern black women, warriors, all
black and siloutted. They automatically reminded me of HOSL cover and the
style of the natives.
