John van Tiel's post was the most moving I have ever read on this list and
there have been quite a few moving ones over the years. It expressed so well
how something wonderful can be shattered in an instant and how we need to
treasure what we have. Amongst all the posts of love, concern and shock about
what happened yesterday there have already been calls, even on this list, for
revenge. Please all think carefully before we think about revenge. Is this
really what we want?
