hello and love to all...
i just wanted to check in briefly and let you know
that i have arrived safely in salt lake city, utah. i
have been at the computer for about 3 hours filing
through the seven hundred plus emails...yahoo cut me
off on wednesday (the 12th) for being way over the
memory limit, so if you tried to email me in the past
week i did not recieve it.
i want to say thank you to everyone who called and
emailed to make sure i was ok...it is such a moving
and powerful thing to know that people are thinking of
you. words do not begin to describe the joy that i
feel being back with my family, especially at this
time. i am on my way back from the emotional
exhaustion and physical exhaustion of driving across
the country, of having left my city in rubble and
pain, at not being able to share in the healing
process of my friends and fellow new york city
dwellers.
i'll try to put together a more coherent and thought
out post, but for now, thank you all again.
