Karen suggests the Helter Skelter bookshop in Denmark Street
in London as the most likely stockists at any time  - (details below)
but I'm sure it won't be long before someone picks up the US rights,
if they haven't already  - I shall try and find out for you.  And if all else
fails, Walt, send me 20 quids wurf-a bucks or looneys or ...., plus
a pony for the post, and I'll be sure to send you a copy as soon
as I can.
