I'd appreciate replies to a little survey about trick-or-treat, for those of you in countries that do this. Does your town hold trick-or-treat on Halloween night itself, or on a weekend night prior to Halloween? Please reply privately so as not to burden the list with this extremely idiosyncratic request.
