Dear listers, It was three years ago today that I had the wonderful opportunity to be in the presence of Joni Mitchell. My thanks go out to the late Wally Breese, Les Irvin, and Terry Matlan. Funny, because the day was bright and sunny much like it is here now....
Remembering this day has always brought me a sense of calm, even though I was the only one in the group to yell out something unfortunate. The best part of meeting up with Joni was walking out of the restaurant/bar. listening to her tell the story of the mockingbird who would sing when it heard a car climing, climbing, climbing the hill.
