I saw the film last night....
Interesting.... Joni's Ice Offering is prominent in his bedroom while Edmonton get the same screen space as the Monet. I thought I wasn't going to like the film half way through and it nearly brought me back from the brink of not liking it towards the end. Make up your own minds and watch it, just for the Joni moments. As with Mr Cruise's performance, I can never believe his sex scenes. Ms Cruz is kinda reduced, but I guess it's not 'her' film. Ms Diaz is maniacal which is great but slightly too much. Other than the weak psychodrama that it turns out to be at the end, it's fine.
