hi

i understood "the blizzards come and go" to refer to a state of confusion. kind of all
white & swirling, & confusing, and limited vision.

kind of how i also understood "the stab and glare and buckshot, of the heavy heavy
snow, it comes and goes" to mean the confusing feelings when the inner wolf is having
an "episode".

as far as "girls in chilly blouses" - it just always struck me that it was referring
to prostitutes parading around in skimpy tops even on the coldest of evenings. i guess
this is a result of the prostitutes near where i used to stay in cape town. even on
the coldest of nights, when i was huddled(no - not a typo for cuddled :-)) up inside
my car, on my way home from work, id see these girls dressed only in panties & a
tee-shirt, flashing the cars as they drove by, and really wonder how the hell they
survived...
