here's the dictionary definition of a glottal stop:

''the interruption of the breath stream during speech by closure of the
glottis''

say, ''i've got two'' or ''kitten'' quickly, without thinking. the glottal
stops occur when you release the air to pronounce the t sounds in ''goT''
and ''kiTTen''. although maybe you don't have a stop in ''kitten''.
and i was kidding when i said that your english is not posh. you do sound
very distinguished to me. what's more important, you sound friendly and
adorable.
