I can't speak for Bob but I feel that on this list people should be able to be honest and express what they feel without worrying that they're going to offend anyone. I listen to the Neal Boortz show daily in Athens and I used to not really like him because he can come across as very callous sometimes but for some reason I've come to respect him very much. I can't really explain it but I do. He was saying one day that people are way too easily offended these days and I agree with him. I've come to realize that he's just doing a radio show and his job is to provide entertainment and if he worried before everything he said that he was going to offend someone he probably wouldn't be able to do his show. To me, this list is kind of like a diary only everybody is able to read what it written. I've met Bob a couple of times and I know he's not a mean person...you know when someone's a public figure like Princess Margaret, they're going to be up to scrutiny...it's unavoidable. I don't think Bob has ever met her before (I could be wrong) but I don't he's obligated to feel sorry for her. There's a lawyer in California who sued one of his peers because when Jerry Garcia died, his friend made jokes about him knowing he was a self proclaimed deadhead and it caused him "mental anguish." I love Jerry Garcia too but I think that's the most ridiculous thing I ever heard. Neal Boortz made some jokes about deadheads the other day and I wasn't offended...I thought they were kind of funny. Everybody's going to say something that's going to offend someone. Ease up on ol' Bob. Victor
