Dylan's "worst" album is now his most collectible on CD. Released in the U.S. only on 12" vinyl and cassette tape, the European-pressed CD is now out of print. A copy was on eBay quite recently for $150. (I bought my CD when it was still in print. Barely. Whew!) Gil
