It will be interesting to see what the sentence will be for Knoller. I must say I was surprised the jury convicted her of second-degree murder. I am heartened by the verdict. I fully expected the other four counts to play out as they did. But, we still have the sentencing phase, which could be interesting. I mean it was the San Francisco judge that set bail at 2 million and later reduced it to 1 million. So he did not like these people one bit...forget the flight risk issue. I only hope this stands up on appeal. Being an appellate attorney I have concerns. But...hey...it is California after all. :) Love and peace...Sharon
