I haven't actually seen the film yet but have been avidly reading the reviews which are generally favourable. Sadly though, from what I can glean, the Joni content has been replaced by......The Carpenters! Not being a Carpenters fan, I find this depressing. I had better reserve judgement until I've seen the film but until then I can only surmise that they needed someone with a "cheesier" image than Joni's.
