I really love it when a Joni moment happens; especially at those various "turning points" in one's life. I was in the AAA office yesterday getting my "triptik" for my journey to Los Angeles and what comes across the music system but an instrumental version of Joni's "Just Like This Train." Made me feel good and gave me that little "boost" of confidence I needed!
I'm moving from Michigan to Los Angeles in the next couple of weeks (if all goes according to schedule) and driving cross-country. It appears I'll be heading through Indiana, Iowa, Nebraska, Wyoming, Utah and Nevada; but I may decide on alternate routes once I'm on the road. If there are any list members out there who think they might be on my way and available for dinner or whatever, please contact me off list and maybe we can meet for an hour or two. Thanks! Gary
