Hey, thanks a million for sharing that 'diary' info, Julius, way cool, and I was getting chills thinking about Duritz listening to Joni's latest, and of course salivating also. (Also salivating at the cover of BYT! Hope that sees the light O' day!)
And coincidentally, I had pulled Blue out and played it last night, thinking that it had just been too long since I heard it, and of course I was glad that I did. The Crows are awesome. Their debut is one of the strongest ever, and the followups have rocked as well. While my wife, son & I have differing musical tastes, we all agree on the Crows and saw a great concert in Charlotte a couple of years back. Duritz was hanging out in the crowd just before the show started, and was very friendly and giving and personable.
