You're on a PC, right? Go to your desktop and double-click on the "Recycle Bin". Find the file and RIGHT-CLICK it. (Don't double click, don't left-click. Right click.) A little menu will pop up. Click on "Restore". You're done. You don't have to boot. You're done.
