I see Colleen Peterson mentioned as a member of Three's a Crowd. Colleen was a unique and wonderful singer and songwriter who died in her forties from, I believe, breast cancer. She was on the Canadian folk scene for as long as I can remember and I wouldn't be surprised if she and Joni had loved each other's music.
In her last years, Colleen was a member of the group Quartette, with Sylvia Tyson. Damn, great harmonies. I loved Colleen's voice and style.
