An issue she doesn't even touch on is the death of WebRadio, which is REALLY stupid on the parts of the music biz. I mean, here are songs that aren't even downloads, but rather are streams, and a great way to be exposed to new music. And soon they'll go away because none of them will be able to afford the performance royalties demanded of them, royalties that even the RADIO doesn't have to pay! Done in by their own greed & stupidity imo. In their defense, I do not support copying entire CD's worth of commercially available material, but to try and squash every opportunity we have to explore new artists is just killing the goose that laid the golden egg.
