Hey! My daughter as a little girl did not like Joni. But about the time she discovered boys, she started to "get" Joni. Her favorite song is Cactus Tree, as a matter of fact. She is rather precocious, and already its been years since she went through her dyed black hair, black clothes Marilyn Manson period. She also went through a rap period (gawd!) Now she likes Radiohead, Incubus, Grateful Dead, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, etc., as well as Joni. She told me her art teacher is dressing up as Vincent Van Gogh for Halloween, so today I sent TI with her to lend to him. It will be interesting to see if he is already familiar with it.
