First time I saw Bonnie live was 1975 (78?) at Universal Amphitheater (before it got enclosed, you know just like the cover of Miles of Aisles). I used to see her a lot during the "desert crossing" 80's era, when she was playing her guts out in front of 25 people and kicking ass. Now I'm so happy she made it but I really feel her best work is behind her. Starvation does bring out genius. Which brings me to this: I recently came across a bootleg of 2/72 (Sigma Studios Acoustic Sessions) which is mind-blowing, fantastic voice, almost Joni-like. The best Bonnie I ever heard and I got them all. Also just received a few days ago Washington Georgetown 73 w/Little Feat which I'll listen to this weekend. Trades anyone?
