I just want to say I think people are so disillusioned with political figures they have to lash out. I know a lot of people don't like Bush, in fact, despise him. My brother in law went to college with him and hates him. Other people feel the same way about Clinton. My feelings are both of them have faults. I hope Bush has the sense not to invade Iraq. My son is in college and in ROTC. I have adjusted to the idea but worry all the time. He is my only child and I raised him alone. Last winter during the height of the terrorist war I was in Key West. I looked around at all the wealthy, arrogant people there who had not given up one thing for our common good. I thought about my father during WW2 and what he did and the country as a whole. Do I want my son in harm's way for these kind of people? No. There is more to sacrifice than buying plastic flags and going shopping for the economy.
