LOL...well, it is very hot work, plus the smoker is in use to smoke the bees, and the smoke gets into your clothes and hair. Then you have to carry each box of honey, after you have taken it from the hive one frame at a time and placed it into a new box, into the honey house. Each box of honey weights about 85 pounds.
Then you have to stack the boxes. All very hot and physically exerting work. But we love it. And everyone loves the honey. Love and Peace...bee girl Catherine McKay wrote: Wouldn't you just smell like... honey? What are those bees into?
