concerned,
the best version of it was the scene from the movie Priscilla, Queen of the
Desert when they used it for the drag number. >>
Good God, Mack! You mean you don't have the "Pricilla, Queen of the Desert"
soundtrack album! You'd better rush out and buy it tomorrow before someone
comes along and revokes your Homo Card!
The liner notes say, "Performed by Charlene." How perfect is that!
Also featured on the album:
"Go West"
"Billy, Don't Be a Hero"
"My Baby Loves Lovin'"
"I Will Survive"
"Shake Your Groove Thing"
"Finally"
"Take a Letter, Maria"
"I Love the Nightlife"
Definitely one of my desert island soundtracks. Also, a friend of mine was
telling me about some of the songs from the current Broadway production of
"The Producers" last night. He really had me laughing. Are there any other
soundtrack albums I am missing? Anybody want to do a dessert island
soundtracks thread?
<< who would have thought Guy Pearce could possibly be straight after that
performance? >>
Brilliant performances throughout. I love this movie. My friend Sarah liked
it so much she moved to Australia!
