I laughed at a recent Pete Waterman (of Stock Aitken and Waterman, responsible for a lot of 80's/90's pop) quote saying he got inspiration for a lot of his hits from classical music. I think he said Kylie's 'I should be so lucky' was based on Pachobel's Canon. Aye right. Anyone see French and Saunders piss take of classical artists doing orchestrated pop songs....funnily enough they did a version of ' I should be so locky, locky, locky, locky' Isn't life so political Gordon
