Actually, Jenny Lind was a very famous opera singer. I don't know what her range was, but I recall reading her autobiography. > What about Minnie Riperton? According to press releases during her career, she had a five octave range. And as for Joni content, I'm pondering which is the highest note Joni sings in her recordings? I'm torn between the trailing vocal on California and the vocal/instrumental interlude in Car on a Hill. I'm leaning toward COAH.
