Actually, Jenny Lind was a very famous opera singer. I
don't know what her range was, but I recall reading her
autobiography.

And as for Joni content, I'm pondering which is the
highest note Joni sings in her recordings? I'm torn
between the trailing vocal on California and the
vocal/instrumental interlude in Car on a Hill. I'm
leaning toward COAH. (The electric guitar comes in on
that note, and it's hard to tell if Joni actually sings
it.)
