LOL - well, colin is asking about Maggie's opposition in the early 80s and I think Major was one of her proteges. I have no idea who the opposition was - tried to look it up but couldn't find it. Was amazed that she served 11 years. Can you imagine a US president serving that long? (Post FDR and the imposition of term limits).
