Would that be the New World Order, Skull and Bones, Illuminati, Greys and
Reptilians consortium? LOL

Do you have a cite to the 20% number?  I find it a bit high considering all
the reserves in the rest of the world.  Do you have any information as to
why the New World Order shadow government didn't let Bush I go all the way
and take out Saddam and take over Iraq for the oil in '91?  Was the market
not quite right for it at that point? ;-)

Good news!  That has all been debunked!  They saw that Afghanistan was
land-locked and had all those impossible mountain ranges to tunnel through.
Take a look at the map and see the enormously closer and easier routes to
the Caspian Sea through Turkistan!
