Pete Townshend has been arrested in a peodophile sweep.

Initially he made a statement saying that he acceesed a pay to view site for research into a book he is writing.

He has now been arrested on supsicion of making and distributing indecent images of children. It would seem they suspect he did more than look.

Townshend is well known for his charity works as well as for his music.

I hope this is not true.
