There's been a discussion recently about the DJRD cover. That reminded me that some time ago in a book about Alex Steinweiss's design body of work for album covers from the '40 to the '60, I found a picture of an album cover for Stravinsky's Le sacre du Printemps.
Now, if you look at that cover you might recognize perhaps the source of inspiration for Joni's cover.
