Well, since Cairns was hit from behind, I don't think he can be held responsible! Apparently they were standing outside a nightclub in Durban, and were asked if they were from NZ. When the replied in the affirmative, Cairns got clobbered - which I suspect had something to do with their refusal to play in Kenya. Which is silly, because Kenya got the points anyway!
