I don't get it either. I was never into pot myself (no real reasons why not, I just didn't get into it - to me, the worst thing about it is that it's smoking - and I don't smoke; and there are a few people who use it way too much, but it seems to do less harm than alcohol - although, what about the brain cancer link? thinking about Bob Marley) but I don't see why it's illegal esp., as you say, for medical purposes. There are some people here in Canada who've won the right to use it for medicinal purposes, but these tend to be one-of fights and not extended to the population at large. And, Catch-22, where do you get the stuff? You can't get it at a drugstore, the gov't doesn't want to provide it, so your options are to buy it illegally (which makes allowing it to be legal for medicinal purposes a mockery), or you have to grow your own (which I believe most people here that use it this way do.) ===== Catherine Toronto ______________________________________________________________________ Post your free ad now! http://personals.yahoo.ca
