What could be offensive about what you suggest ?????
As a non-believer who would be quite happy to have something more to believe
in, this is where all religion falls down, the inflexibility, the
intolerence, the closed shop mentality, you will be welcomed into any
religion as long as you toe the line, but if you rock the boat or ask awkward
questions and you will be as welcome as a fart in a diving suit. Some people
might take offence, but God ! She would just laugh !
