Oh, what the hell. He sent one to me too. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe he made a mistake and meant to send it to the list, and e-mailed him back asking him if he really meant to send it to me? From others' posts, apparently it was deliberate after all. Or our Mark doesn't understand how to respond? It didn't particularly reference anything I posted (if it did, it could have used a good editor because it wasn't obvious except for the mention of my birthday which may or may not have been a best wishes kind of thing) but there were references to people getting lives and so on.
