I must agree with a lot that has been said about her. She makes nice sounds but it doesn't move me as much as Gillian Welch has over the past few weeks.
All this publicity now for what is not a particularly earth moving album will probably work against her with her follow up. Many people who have listened to her now will be suspicious of any hype for the next, no matter how good the album may be.
