NY radio station (sorta NJC)

i remember this coming up before - there's a radio station in NY
(upstate i believe) that plays joni a lot.  it has an F in the call
letters, i believe.  does anyone know what i'm talking about and/or if
they have a website for streaming?  or any other online radio recommendations?
