I'm finally catching up on the last three days digests, and this is a thread
i am most thoroughly enjoying.
Chris, i totally agree: Sitcom is hilarious. it was quite unexpected, and
cruel but still hilarious.
the other "foreign" films that i loved are:Diva, Jesus of Montreal, Manon
Des Sources, and there was a german film that i loved, but can't remember
the title......i just know that one of our resident movie buffs know this.
as far as i remember there was a central character who was a musical genius,
and his neighbour wasin love wiht him. so was the nighbours sister. the
musical guy it seemed was more interested in girls than gusy and he liked
the sister. it was a beautiful film and would love to get my hands on a
copy, if anyone kows the title.
and who could forget Life Is Beautiful(italian), Shine(australian),
Cube(canadian), Head On (australian), and Beautiful People(British)
