Jim, I completely agree with you and pop music. I am 20 and sometimes get bored of listening to just the "lovey dovey and/or rock n' roll music" as far as shows go, I have been to a good amount of rock shows and it gets a bit taxing after a while.. that is why recently i have been going to see different performers.. like the mIngus big band, DJ shadow, Lauryn Hill, etc.. Rock shows can be very predictable.. and i get tired of watching some performers go through the typical speal.. However, the flipside to this statement, I love to see Dylan whenever he comes through town.. i have seen him 4 times..and i love it better and better.
