Yes Michael, I'm doing my best! I've been on the phone all night with the
election officials trying to verify that my vote counted. At the polls
yesterday,
the part time MacDonalds/ poll workers said I wasn't registered. I have voted
in every election, and had to wait for over an hour before they would let me
vote. The officials said there was some mistake (could be that my name is so
common). They did allow me to vote, but I had to sign all these forms.
Because of the narrow margin here, I called everyone I could to make sure my
vote was indeed counted. They took my name and number, and I have yet to
hear back from anyone.
