on thursday 16, gourmet.com -- the local food channel -- will interview me
to discuss american cuisine. they will surely ask me questions about
american food by region. though i know of some american specialties, i would
certainly appreciate your feedback.

are there any special dishes that you think are typical of your region? do
you have any ''culinary'' memories, i.e.. meals or desserts that you're
elders used to cook and you haven't had in a while? any suggestion or
comment will be so much appreciated. a contrast between canadian, uk, irish,
and american culinary customs will be enormously welcome.
